Your Retreat Companions
Fiona Corsini di San Giuliano
The search for beauty is core to my work. Watercolor is the medium which resonates the most within me. In its pragmatic simplicity resides infinite complexities. Water paper and pigment accompanied by a helpful brush is all you need to create moments of visual memories. Working in the fashion business as a print designer has enhanced my knowledge in colors, shapes, and composition, essential tools and faithful companions throughout my life. Unlike most people, I have graduated from art school as a late bloomer, after my working career and forging a large brood of children. The 5 years spent at the Florence Academy of Art have equipped me with method and patience. These days nature is my favorite muse, landscapes and botanicals capture the most intimate part of my heart.
Jen Warakomski
When I began studying Yoga and Meditation in New York City in 2001 my life transformed. Through practice, I learned that I could heal parts of myself that felt stressed, tired, and unbalanced. Over the years I have been very fortunate to study with Eastern and Western teachers in the USA, Europe and India. My personal studies with HH the Dalai Lama, Erich Shiffmann, Yogi Sivadas, Leslie Kaminoff, Jillian Pransky, Carrie Parker Gasteau, Dharma Mittra, amongst others have illuminated my path. I live in Florence, Italy and hold certifications as a E-500 RYT Yoga Teacher, Meditation Teacher, Hormone Yoga Therapist, and Reiki Master. The core of my Dharma, or purpose, is to show individuals the pathways to embody their wellbeing, enhance their personal growth, and amplify their connection to their Highest Self so that they can make an intentional and influential impact on the planet.
